Terms of Service

Payment: Prompt payment is required. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping: Orders ship from Hong Kong or China within 3-5 business days with tracking provided. Standard delivery takes 3-5 weeks. Free postal insurance against loss is included.

Customs: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price. Please check with your local customs office prior to buying.

Returns: Returns are not accepted unless the machine is defective. Please confirm network compatibility with your carrier prior to purchase, as we do not accept returns for network issues.

Cancellations: All order cancellations, even if the item has not yet been shipped, will incur a 25% restocking/cancellation fee.
